Products and custom cues
Product descriptions, specifications and images help you select a cue. Natural wood grain and colour vary, and screen colours may differ from the finished product. Cue Builder images are illustrations rather than exact representations. Confirm your final specifications with Aim Cues before production.
Prices and order acceptance
Prices and availability may change. A basket, cue configuration or website confirmation alone does not establish that an order has been accepted or payment collected. Aim Cues will confirm the final specifications, total price, payment arrangements and order acceptance with you. Applicable delivery charges and taxes should be confirmed before you agree to purchase.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Contact Aim Cues to confirm delivery destinations, charges and estimated times before ordering. Cancellation and return arrangements, particularly for personalised or made-to-order cues, must be agreed before production begins. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your agreed order, contact us with the relevant details.
